Between managing my own complex healthcare, my kids' endless appointments and vaccines, and my husband's unpredictable schedule, I was drowning in scattered information.

Provider portals that didn't connect. Paper files I couldn't find. Appointment reminders buried in emails. Vaccination records I hoped not to lose. And the constant fear that I'd forgotten something critical.

I knew I had to build Evera when I was standing in a pharmacy at 8pm, searching my phone for my son’s medication history while the information I needed sat in a drawer at home. I felt it again when a pediatrician asked about vaccine history and I couldn’t answer with confidence because the records lived across portals, emails, and pieces of paper I didn’t have with me.

After talking to dozens of parents and caregivers, it became clear that the problem wasn’t effort, it was a system never designed for the realities of family life.
